Analytics, Advertising and Online Forms
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, how visitors arrive, and where they scroll and click, so we can improve the site.
Google Analytics is loaded through the Google tag (gtag.js). It uses cookies (such as _ga) to measure visits and may share data with Google Ads to measure advertising. Learn how Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising (Google Ads and Meta). We use the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our ads work, for example when someone who clicked one of our ads calls us or requests an estimate. We may also use them to show our ads to people who have visited our website. Google and Meta may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com and https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences, and read Meta's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with our pages (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) using cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to create heatmaps and session replays. Text you type into our forms is masked and is not sent to Microsoft. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our services. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, and Microsoft collects or receives this information to provide Microsoft Advertising and for site optimization, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Clarity honors the Global Privacy Control signal.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and site speed without cookies and without collecting personal data.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can also use an ad or tracker blocker, or email us at affordableus@aol.com and ask us not to track you.
Cloudflare. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device to tell people from bots. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Ad and source tracking. When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we store the campaign details (for example utm parameters and Google or Facebook click IDs), the first page you visited, and the referring site in your browser for up to 90 days. If you submit a form, these details are sent with your request so we know how you found us.
Instant estimate (Roofr). Our Instant Estimate tool is provided by Roofr and loads inside our page. Information you enter there goes directly to Roofr and is used to prepare your estimate. Roofr may use its own cookies and analytics or tracking tools; its use is governed by Roofr's privacy policy (https://roofr.com/privacy).
Form submissions. When you submit an estimate request, we receive your name, phone, email, address, and message, and store them in our job-management system (Roofr) to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.
